[edit]I don't believe this will ever make an article. Does anyone have suggestions for merging this somewhere? Perhaps angle? --MarSch 17:30, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
- IMO short articles defining mathematical terms are okay. There is some potential for expansion here, but I agree it won't get more than a few paragraphs. On the other hand, I don't have much objection to merging into angle. — brighterorange (talk) 18:17, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
- Object to merging. This article defines a math concept. The angle article is huge, anybody looking for the concept of "adjacent angle" would have a really hard time searching for that in angle. Per Brightorange, an article definining a mathematical term most of the time should be left alone. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 16:14, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
- Also object to merging for the same reason. In response to Brighterorange's comment about the length, I have removed the stub classification (if that is okay w/ everyone else)Ahudson 03:16, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- I suggest that this article instead be merged into a new article, Special angle relationships. See Talk:Vertical angles or my talk page for information about this move. Thanks, The Doctahedron, 00:51, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
Does adjacency imply coplanarity? If not, the statements under supplementary and complementary angles about the non-shared sides are incomplete. Or if so, we should probably mention that fact. 69.179.181.157 04:54, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
The notions of "between" and "interior" can be ambiguous for any angle unless we measure the angle. Even then "between" and "interior" are ambiguous for straight angles. Suppose angle ABC is a straight angle, and angle ABE is not a straight angle. Are these two angles adjacent? Is straight angle ABC adjacent to itself? This issue is raised in Talk:Angle under "Reflex Angles". Gregoreo (talk) 22:05, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
